Words can't say how we feel, but your family is in our prayers and thoughts. I wish we didn't live so far away so we could be of better use. Hang in there and know that the Lord loves you guys.

Kyle, we don't know you well, but you were so great to call back promptly at our request for help earlier this summer. We also admire you so much for your hot runs up Potato Creek! We know how strong you are, and are looking forward to seeing you in the neighborhood again, real soon. - Selden family

Floy Kaye, I am so sorry this has happened to you. We live close to the hospital. If you would like a place to lie down or take a shower, or spend nights, or have some meals please just come over. We're thinking about and praying for Kyle, and you. I have a quiet sanctuary place for you, a private area on the back porch with the sound of water falling. I could pick you up. I will care for you.

Mark & Family:

When I read this post I cried profusely. This is every parents worst nightmare. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain you are experiencing right now. My prayers are with all of you.

Kyle’s family,

Realizing what you’re going through is incomprehensible. When I attempt it, I am overwhelmed. The circumstances that come to us because we live in a cursed and fallen world are beyond our ability to reconcile. In these times we are set apart only because of our relationship with Jesus. While we are angry, desperate, confused, and the list goes on, He is holding us firm. We struggle within His arms. By the way I know the word struggle does not even come close to describing your what you are going through. Remember this no matter what you feel, Jesus is absolutely with you. Even while we feel estranged, He holds on. He is the Savior. I will pray for Kyle and you. I cannot tell you my prayer because it is far too deep. What I can say is that I will groan with you and our hearts will cry out for God’s strength, healing, and wisdom.

Holding on with you,

Pastor Joel

Every heart and every prayer from Entiat and the surrounding community is focused on guiding Kyle back to us with a full recovery, no matter how gradual. May the power of our love, faith, and respect for the quality of life that Kyle has always led surround and support Kyle and the Arras family during this fragile period of waiting.

Just want you to know that you are very much in my prayers as well. May God's love surround you, in this unbearably painful time.
